Overview

Strategic partnerships between industry and community colleges that engage younger Hispanic immigrants can boost our economy by training an important proportion of U.S. workers for future jobs. This report presents promising employer/community college partnerships that expand access to higher education and benefit low-skilled, immigrant Hispanic adults. This report examined partnerships that met three basic criteria:

  • Results with students
  • Employer engagement
  • Participation of community colleges
