Emerging HSIs (eHSIs) are institutions with 15-24.9% undergraduate full-time equivalent Hispanic enrollment.

• In 2019-20, there were 362 eHSIs.
• Over half (38) of states have at least one eHSI. The majority of eHSIs are four-year institutions.
