Why are you bringing your talent to Excelencia?
I look forward to engaging with institutions across the country that are accelerating Latino student success on their campuses and in their communities. I’m particularly interested in amplifying programs on a national stage in the hopes that emerging programs recognize components of celebrated work that could be replicated on their own campus and join our community of common cause.

How would you describe working at Excelencia?
I describe working at Excelencia as an opportunity to collaborate closely within my portfolio and across the organization with other individuals who challenge and motivate each other daily. Being in such an environment allows for the space to engage intently with the work and contribute to our organization’s best effort in intentionally SERVING Latino students.
