Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership (BASOL), South Texas College The Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership (BASOL) was developed as an innovative, affordable, accelerated, and accessible competency-based degree program. The BASOL degree has a flat tuition of $750 per course and can be completed for less than $15,000. Classes are offered in hybrid and online formats, and are held through seven-week terms year round. Students are also paired with a full-time academic coach to engage in ongoing case management while they pursue their degrees.
