The Associate Dean provides instructional and administrative leadership for the following departments in the Arts & Humanities Division of Bellevue College: Basic and Transitional Studies (BaTS: ABE/HS+/GED, ESL, I- BEST) and the English Language Institute (ELI), an intensive English program for International Students.

The Associate Director of Accommodations is a Full time, Exempt position that supports and leads the Disability Resource Center by providing supervision, expertise, and direction to the team and campus. The Employee Safety and Benefits Partner- Associate is responsible for coordination, advice, and consultation for employee safety issues, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance, employee drug and alcohol prevention, and reasonable suspicion testing procedures, workers' compensation, long term disability, employee exiting/onboarding, and employee death coordination.
