Program Description

Through partnerships with school districts, parents, and the community the Academies successfully serve more than 250 students annually through 5 academies across 3 campuses. The Academies focus on Medical Science, Engineering, Criminal Justice,  Business Administration, and Teaching. The academies allow participants to gain exposure to a college atmosphere at an early age, while having the opportunity to receive hands-on experiences. Additionally, every Friday the program hosts professionals from local universities to speak to the students about various bachelor degrees, financial aid, campus housing, admissions, and more.

  • From 2005 to 2023, over 1,500 students have graduated with an associate’s degree through the program.
