The professionals who lead these programs focus on impact, service and sustainability to advance Latino student success. WEBINAR: Cultivating What Works - A Conversation with Leaders Committed to Latino Student Success Program leaders from the four 2022 Examples of Excelencia shared how they develop specific programming that engages their students, identify metrics to show impact, and gain community support for efforts that advance Latino student success on their campus. They also spoke towards leveraging campus and administration resources to resolve challenges and further sustain programming that intentionally serves Latino, and other, post-traditional students. ASSOCIATE LEVEL: Latino Promise and HACER Program Fairleigh Dickinson University Latino Promise and HACER are sister programs whose mission are to provide access to higher education by offering associate degree programs with the benefits of a university setting to traditional-aged, Latino students.Click here to learn more about the program.
