New Data Reveals Increase in the Number of Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) to 571 After Drop Caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic Washington, D.C. (March 30, 2023) – Excelencia in Education today announces the release of the newest Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSls) lists. Excelencia has calculated the lists of HSIs for more than 20 years, and this year found 571 institutions met the enrollment definition of an HSI.
