In 2003, Hispanic parents were about as likely as all parents to have taken their children to visit a library in the past month (50% vs. 48%). Hispanics were less likely than all parents to have taken their children to a play, concert or live show (28% vs. 36%), but more likely than all parents to have taken their children to a zoo or aquarium (24% vs. 7%).
