Project Team
Sarita Brown, Excelencia President serves as project manager, and Deborah Santiago, Vice President for Policy and Research directs data analysis and will serve as lead author for the brief. Supporting this project are Margarita Benitez, Chair of Excelencia’s EXITO Taskforce, and Estela Lopez, Excelencia Senior Fellow.
