Even in today's economy, strategic partnerships between business, community colleges and community based organizations that engage and train younger Hispanic immigrants, boosts productivity and strengthens this important proportion of the U.S. workforce. Excelencia in Education and the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce hosted a luncheon briefing on Capitol Hill to discuss the findings and future implementation of the policy recommendations in the report: "Building Tomorrow's Workforce: Promoting the Education and Advancement of Hispanic Immigrant Workers in America."
