This list serves as a reference and provides the IPEDS UnitID codes for each institution that was an HSI in 2013-14. This file was created using the Excelencia in Education “Create an HSI list” methodology located under “Tools.”
In 2013-14, there were 409 HSIs located in 21 states and Puerto Rico. These institutions represented 12% of all institutions of higher education and enrolled 60% of Latino undergraduates.
