Senior Research and Evaluation Advisor, Excelencia in Education
Dr. Rodriguez is nationally recognized for his expertise on issues of equity, access and educational attainment of minority populations across, and especially in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He serves as Project Director for several NSF funded projects that are guiding the improvement of recruitment and retention policies and practices for minority students at the undergraduate and graduate student levels throughout the nation.
