Dr. Andrade's expertise includes applied research, program evaluation, strategic planning, and policy development, with a primary focus on educational pipelines, community education and health promotion.  She has worked extensively throughout the southwestern United States and Latin America on related projects and has significant campus based experience in data driven decision making.
